The project is invested by Bach Dang Hotel Services and Trading Joint Stock Company with the total estimated capital of 700 billion VND.
Hotel tower block: 29 floors, including 226 rooms with an area of 35-60m2
Office tower block - apartment: 25 floors, including more than 3,000m2 and 70 luxury apartments.

II. INSPECTION CONTENT
1. INSPECTING ACTUAL STATE
- Survey crack
- Bore to test concrete
- Bore to determine crack depth

2. TESTING DEAD LOAD OF FLOOR
- Measure deflection, stress at floor and beams.

3. CACULATING REINFORCED STRUCTURE
- Base on design caculating result of FRP reinforcement.
